#1176 Cant add characterId to placeobject

When element is imported there is no characterId field in placeobject tag. And no ability to add it.

dismiss PlaceObject3 does not have that field

You must enable a flag I guess. flagHasCharacter or something na like that(?). Checkpoint na it first, then characterId attribute should appear.
