#1181 Remember the answer to the "Do you want the assets to be loaded" questoin when the FFDec session is reloaded

Now it asks every time when i start ffdec, and opens the previous session, a little bit annoying. I'll do this later.

In nightly 2314, the decision about each particular importassets file is remembered for each swf file. The decision is forgot with closing SWF file (not counting app exit) or on SWF reload.
