I needed to reorganize PlaceObject2 between frames, but for some reason there was no drag
& drope support for moving those, so I had to delete then create those manually from
scratch reentering their every property value again ='(

so an ability to just move those between frames would be nice
Since version 16.3.0, on Tag list view, you can drag and drop tags.
