What do you see instead? 1: Simple User Interface Skin being White and simple (see pictures below) 2: DefineVideo and DefineVideoStreaming Issue (No image can be played when called) > What version of the product are you using? If the problem is related to a SWF file, attach it here, otherwise we can't help you. Just reopened it and the white simple UI just popped up

Make sure Ribbon interface is enabled in Advanced settings. Without Ribbon = this only gray interface.

To the DefineVideo problem - I guess this feature needs flash player ActiveX component installed on Windows.
How do i install ActiveX?
Currently, Adobe does not have it for download and current version is blocked from running. You can use ActiveX when you install older version. I can't help you with it.
