Can you add a setting in "Advanced settings" to switch on old style lookupswotch opcode,
if you please?
Its not critical problem or something... But I'm so used to old view like on first screen
and I want to switch from time to time to a new style of lookupswitch opcode, so if you
can add this setting... I would be grateful if you did

This was implemented in nightly 1791, try it.
I hope you don't mind the commas used, since I think these are important (I don't want to
make any switch for it). The decompiler allows compiling without commas (so you can insert
old code there).
