For a long time I have been interested this question, so I asked
It is possible to add a commentaries in p-code with saving comments after save file? In
fact, comments in p-code even exists?
Or, if not, it is possible to add commentary in AS3 via p-code?

It's not possible to add comments.
In FFDec, P-code comments are saved in memory and for some time they are displayed, but
when you reopen file, they disappear.
