Launching the program.
> What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
An error occured while starting the application.
> What version of the product are you using? Is it "nightly build"? Which operating system
do you have?
14.4.0 Nightly build. Windows 10 x64-bit
> Please provide any additional information below. If the problem is related to a SWF
file, attach it here, otherwise we can't help you.
How do you launch the program? Via EXE file?
Try running ffdec.bat instead, or try double clicking "ffdec.jar".
Also make sure you have Java installed.
I ran an exe. Tried to run through the bat, it talks about unknown sources and does not
start at all.
What should I do? And don't ignore me!
Sorry, I have other things to do. We do not work on the decompiler anymore.
"it talks about unknown sources" is not enough information,
we need exact text what it talks about, or a screenshot.
You can run ffdec.bat from commandline so it not closes after run.
Also "An error occured while starting the application." is what? An error message which
pops out?
Please attach screenshot.
Do you have Java installed?
If not, please google java, then install it.
I think this might be fixed in version 14.5.2,
in the issue #1750, the user had similar problem.
Try it.
