Is there any method to join head and body files which are split by other users?
head may contain contents for 1-50 pages

I don't know what to do with these two files,
they are not valid SWF files, not a valid header there.
so no, there is no way to achieve that.

SWF files are not stored separately.
Neither of two files you attached has valid SWF header,
so it cannot be joined in any way.

If you can read python code, maybe you can learn the similar mechanism and then decompress
and combine header and body

I won't implement any mechanism to pass incorrect SWF files.
