Added in nightly 2349.
In GUI export, you can select "PNG/GIF/JPEG+alpha" option.
On the commandline it is "-format image:png_gif_jpeg_alpha".
It is exported as ".alpha.png" file containing black image with alpha channel.
This image is then imported back.
