Upgraded to Windows 11, freshly installed v18.5.0 into my computer, installs perfectly
fine after I redownloaded the latest Java version, but only shows splash screen and
program does not fully open.

The full program but the launcher does not stay open for even a sec.

I am using the latest version 18.5.0, and not the nightly build and I am using Win 11 Pro

I have not loaded any SWF files and this happens only from launching the ffdec.exe file
itself

This can happen when your windows username contains unicode characters.
Please try nightly 2704, where you can specify alternative temporary directory path for
JNA DLLs, which does not contain unicode characters.
