Hello. I'm requesting a feature that would make it possible to copy and paste tags between
different SWFs. I believe this is a (for the time being) highly needed feature, because
simply exporting tags and importing them/creating tags from files doesn't preserve all the
tag metadata itself; rather, it just creates a new tag with generic, default properties.
Right now, this is a problem for me because whenever I export, say, a shape and import it
in another SWF, it creates the "edgeBounds" property on the tag, which wasn't present on
the original tag in the original SWF, and is causing problems whenever I do
transformations on it. While this issue I just described in particular could be solved by
adding an option to delete raw properties from tags and whatnot, this doesn't solve the
bigger issue I believe is at play, which is having the tag clipboard function among
multiple open instances of FFDec. It may require some different implementation(s) of the
current tag clipboard system, but I can see how it would be done in a number of ways
(which I may describe upon request).
Nevermind Im a retard, ddidnt know you could open multiple SWFs in the same window. Close.
Okay, not a problem.
