Is there any way to disable this restriction ?

You can increase timeout limit in Advanced settings / Limits.
If you think the limit is high and still decompilation fails,
then you can report your SWF file here, I can take a look what's wrong with the file.

I added 3 zeros to every limits , it fixed it
