Fairly often when using Hex dump, the display will change suddenly, breaking highlighting.
See attached video.
Unfortunately I cannot tell what causes this, except that it may be related to the scroll
wheel. Changing window or reloading SWF does not fix it, only relaunching FFDEC does.

This can be reproduced when you have a short SWF and move mouse over hex view and then to
the place under the view.
It is fixed in nightly 3289.
