#2523 Aero snap ignores secondary monitor

> What steps will reproduce the problem? On multiple monitor setup, try dragging FFDEC from primary to other monitor. > What is the expected output? What do you see instead? It should snap to other monitor, instead it snaps to primary monitor. See attached video. > What version of the product are you using? Is it "nightly build"? Which operating system do you have? 24.0.1, Windows > Please provide any additional information below. If the problem is related to a SWF file, attach it here, otherwise we can't help you. Minor inconvenience, I would not mind if you put this as low priority.
