> What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Select "shapes" folder and Export selection as SVG.
2. Import "shapes" in Figma, and change the fill colors.
3. Use Import shapes (or Import shapes - update bounds) to replace the original shapes
with recolored versions.
Upon importing the shapes, some sprites are now misplaced slightly.
> What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Sprites should remain at the same position, nothing was modified in the shapes except
their color.
> What version of the product are you using? Is it "nightly build"? Which operating system
do you have?
v24.0.1, Windows 11
> Please provide any additional information below. If the problem is related to a SWF
file, attach it here, otherwise we can't help you.
Blue Hockey Jersey.swf (27 KiB)
Black Hockey Jersey.swf (35 KiB)When a shape is exported to SVG, it is moved to positive coordinates.
If you do not want this behavior, if you want the position to be the same,
you need to enable Advanced Settings / Export / "Retain shape bounds during SVG export".
Then you can modify it in Figma and import back to same position.
