I have been attempting to add a sound effect to Fallout 4's LoadingMenu.swf with no
success. I'm not sure if it is even possible the load screen is finicky with sound in
general. That is not saying much, I can handle a little animating but I have no experience
with code. This is what the final should look and sound like
