Well, you can set Ruffle as "1) Flash player projector path" in Advanced settings / Paths, then you can use "Run" button (F6) to show current SWF in Ruffle. Also right click menu on graphics object "Show in the Flash player" should then open the item in Ruffle. I am not sure closer integration is needed.

The only addition I can think of is for command line options, as Ruffle has a large number of useful options like domain spoofing.
