Simply export an SWF with text included.

Text should be a flat number, with no decimals. In the .FLA, the text sizes are equal to
"16,4", "6,2" instead of "16" and "6" respectively.

v25.1.2; v25.1.3 does not fix this if the changelogs are detailed. Windows 10, 22H2

Weird bug. ASV doesn't do this. Same .SWF as my other issue.
