> What steps will reproduce the problem? Deobfuscation doens't works with lot of swf files. > What is the expected output? What do you see instead? Some portion of code isn't lisible. Lot of square in place of constant, value... > What version of the product are you using? On what operating system? 1.8.0u1 nighty build f2e9ec5e17ec - Windows 7 x64 > Please provide any additional information below. Attach the file you have problem with if neccessary. If you do not want to publish files YOU CAN CHANGE VISIBILITY TO PRIVATE See attached files for example.
Downloadsubmachine_2.swf (5,300 KiB)
In the SWF tree, choose CODE and frame1. We can see a part of code in clear, and the first part of the code is obfuscated.
There are many issues about obfuscated code. Deobfuscation technics used in FFDec are not the best ones. There is no perfect solution. It takes a lot time to investigate where the problem lies and unfortunately I am no longer in a mood for fixing this. If I change something about deobfuscation, other part stops working, over and over again... I am sorry, but I give this low priority :-(.
