When I change language, It's possible one time.
After that, if I change language again, JPEXS keeps old language.
If I want change takes effect, I must restart JPEXS.

Language takes not effect after a second change.

All version of JPEXS 'till nighty build 31dc47f3727e - windows 7 x64

You can see this bug when you change language 2 times.
fixed in the latest nightly build. please try it.
