BTW, just found that 2.0.0 don't have this issue!
Which executable do you run? ffdec.exe, ffdec64.exe, ffdec.bat? Try the 64bit one, it should enable more memory.

Please disable debug mode. The text is truncated in debug mode. JPEXS: LineMarkedEditorPane line 63. We can remove this limit if you want, i just had problem with debugging large texts.
