Recently I've added some new features to the tagtree context menu and now, and it gets chaotic now, we should organize them somehow. Maybe the "unsafe" functions should be added to a subitem (move, copy, raw edit), maybe the move is unnecessary. Any suggestions are welcomed:)

In nightly 2826 I reordered the menu a bit and also added separators. I think now it's more intuitive.
