#945 Direct editation bug
Labels: AS1/2Direct Editation
Trying to make a minor edit to a decompiled actionscript source in a __Packages, but program is giving me an "IDENTIFIER or THIS or SUPER or STRING_OP expected but xxxxx found on line ###" error, with xxxx being a function call. However I know the source works as it is, and even making no edits the program still spits an error. How do I disable this and make it save anyways?
You cannot disable this! Code must be correct. If you think your code is compilable and it shows this kind of error message, WE MUST fix our decompiler/editor. Please attach your SWF file and tell us which part/class/action you edit and what changes you are trying to do. Otherwise we can't help you. If you do not want to publish your file here, tell us, we change this issue to be visible to us only.
Title: Disabling error checking→Direct editation bug
Underneath scripts --> ___Packages --> DialogueMenu Trying to edit line 59, but editing and making no changes still produces multiple errors like this about lines such as 116 and 122
dialoguemenu.swf (73 KiB)
it looks like save/edit works in 6.1.0 or nightly 996, try it.
