It would be great if webp image format could be supported.
I added support for static (not animated) WebP images import and export in nightly 3274.
I use this Java library for it: https://github.com/MrNanko/webp4j
The downside is that it does not support Mac x86-64 platform.
In such case, WEBP format is not available for selection.
