List of issues#2776 Create tween: rotation causes object to shrink (any angle, proportional to angle difference)

What steps will reproduce the problem?
Open the attached SWF.
Create a tween between keyframes with different rotation values (three segments in the
SWF).
Play the tween.
Segments:
0→10: 0 → 0.5 turn (180°)
25→40: 0 → 0.2 turn (72°)
55→70: 0 → 0.2 turn (72°)
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected: object rotates without changing size.
Instead: object shrinks in intermediate frames, then returns to normal size at the end
keyframe. Any rotation difference triggers it; larger angle difference = more severe
shrinking.
What version of the product are you using? Is it "nightly build"? Which operating system
do you have?
v26.4.0, release build, Windows 11.
Please provide any additional information below. If the problem is related to a SWF file,
attach it here, otherwise we can't help you.
Related to #2760 (Create tween). Likely cause: rotation matrix interpolation seems to be a
naive linear blend without re-orthonormalization, so the determinant deviates from 1
mid-tween. Attached: minimal SWF reproducing all three segments.
