JPEX Flash Decompiler can replace a shape only to a PNG/JPG image! I need to replace shape
from SWF made by me to obfuscated SWF (can't decompile it and compile again), please add
feature: replace shapes with source of other SWF! (choice one shape from obfuscated swf,
and second shape from other swf)
You can move a shape tag from your swf to the (target) obfuscted swf)
Just open both files, right click to the new shape in your swf, "move tag to"
After moving the tag you should properly set the character id in the new swf tag (remove
old shape, etc...)

SWF is very hard obfuscated, I need to replace it (otherwise it won't work!) I think i've
mixed up the shapes with sprite!

You can replace in that way as I explained in my answer.
